We are the unique buyer’s agent in France
As a boutique property search and advisory service we have no affiliations with financial institutions or estate agencies. We have no conflicts of interest. We are totally independent in both thought and deed.
We are obsessively objective and non-judgemental. Clients’ decisions are, by definition, subjective, but those decisions are helped considerably by our honest and unbiased advice.
We are refreshingly candid with our professional opinions and will not overlook inconvenient truths. We believe this approach works in the best long term interests of our clients.
Having represented many high profile and important individuals over the years, we fully understand discretion. We never discuss our clients, or the property they buy.
We find clients the most desirable properties and not necessarily those on the open market
Our clients enjoy the advantage of having a trusted advisor on their side
We completely manage the entire purchase process on our client’s behalf
You want to buy a property in France and need someone experienced, professional and trustworthy on your side to help you get there. You don’t want to waste your precious time. For over 20 years we’ve been helping people like you. You’ll have questions: we’ll have answers. You’ll have problems: we’ll have solutions. Searching for property in France takes time and expertise. For our clients, we provide both.
We are active throughout the prime areas of the South: on the Côte d’Azur from Cap Ferrat to Saint Tropez and in Provence from Aix out to the Luberon and the Alpilles. In the Alps, we are primarily active in Val d’Isère, Méribel, Courchevel, Chamonix, and MEgÈve. We also cover Verbier in Switzerland. We can also extend our services to Monaco by arrangement.
They were very helpful and very supportive. It’s difficult when you are in a foreign country on your own. Although I speak French they held my hand very well. I would never have found this house without them… they have quite a network set up which works extremely well… they do come up with the goods and they do give you an exceptionally good service.
This is a decision we have never regretted and without their advice we would never have known this property was on the market.
